Payton's Results

As some of you know, Payton has a mass on her back. We did an Ultrasound which didn't show us anything and then last week she had an MRI. We were really worried about the MRI because they had to sedate her so she wouldn't move and that made us so nervous. She actually did really well. We got the results back and it's not a hemangioma like they thought, but a lypangioma. Those of you who don't speak medical terms, a hemangioma is pooling of capillaries(those red birthmarks you sometimes see on people) and a lypangioma is similar, but is fluid instead. We just need to watch it to make sure it isn't hurting her or getting any bigger. If it does than it will have to be removed surgicaly, otherwise it will most likely go away on its own. Thanks to all of your prayers and concern. We love and appreciate all of you.

I am so glad everything is good! It can be so scary feeling like there nothing you can do as a parent and are they going to be OK! Caden has one of those and we call it his tattoo! It makes it seem cool. But it is slowing going away as he is getting older. I hope the same for you guys. Love you!
