We made it!

We finally made it to Dallas. We just got the internet hooked up so we haven't been able to blog til now. The drive was very long, but the kids did really well considering we were in the car for 3 days 7 hours a day. We did get a little lost on our second day. I gave Milan some bad directions and then went to sleep. We only went out of our way about 60 miles. I just wanted to take the scenic route.

On Sunday, we went to church and so many members came up to us, it was a little overwhelming. They seem like nice people. We even got invited to dinner that night, which we were grateful for. We know there are a lot of good people here, but we miss our home ward alot.

Our boys started school yesterday and surprisingly they did better than I thought. When we dropped them off, they were so scared to go to a new school with all new people, but when I picked them up they seemed better about the new school. I think it's going to take time for all of us to adjust to our new life here in Murphy.

Payton is doing well. Still not sleeping great, but she has been a really good baby so far. She is adjusting the best out of all of us, imagine that.

We love you all and miss you so much.

So good you arrived safely. You will have to give yourself a few months to get over the overwhelming feeling. Just laugh at yourself when things don't turn out quite right. Texas will soon become a way of life. I highly recommend a GPS. Love to you and your family. Keep on blogging!
